Building a USD $300 Million Aviation Platform
MIG Airlines is preparing a target capital raise of up to USD $300 million to fund aircraft leasing and acquisition, certification and safety, airport and ground infrastructure, technology, recruitment, cargo, route development, and working capital.
The raise may combine equity, strategic investors, aircraft finance, leasing structures, infrastructure partnerships, and institutional capital.
